Branch Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Assists the new hired / trained staff by positively reinforcing performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed and provides feedback to Immediate Superior or Chief Operation Manager of the staff performance on a regular basis as required.
- Sets performance standards for tasks, jobs and roles of the staff. Provides ongoing feedback about the staff performance. They conduct performance appraisals on a regular basis, including assessing how the staff’s has performed and what they can do to improve in their jobs. They develop performance improvement plans if the staff performance is not adequate.
- Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in staff morale and performance and communicating them to the Immediate Superior.
- Ensures that the staff/team are well motivated, that they know what they’re doing and that they clearly understand what is expected of them.
- Maintains composure during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep outlet operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
- Delivers excellent customer service to all customers by acting with “customer comes first” attitude, connecting with the customer and responds to their needs.
- Follows all cash management and cash drawer/vault policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by shift team.
- Responsible for the security of the Outlet throughout each shift he/she work, including cash handling standards on each shift ( ensuring that reconcillations are accurate and that any losses are accurately reported and fully investigated) and monitoring the of opening / closing procedures for the Outlet.
- Provides reports and customer feedback as and when required to Immediate Superior to help adapt the operations to best meet the needs of the market.
- Maximize sales through good planning of each shift in terms of utilizing staff well.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Determine whether the account should be blocked or not based on the information learned in researching past transaction history and probability of fraud
- Independently determine if transactions are fraudulent and should be cancelled and refunded, are legitimate and should be processed and fulfilled
- Investigate suspicious alerts from Customer Service and Credit, doing proper follow-up and documentation
- Reactively and proactively conducts analysis of transactional and customer records to link unidentified transactions and accounts to known fraudulent activity
- Effectively identifies strong indicators through analysis for addition to our fraud systems
- Maintain company fraud records and organize department archives on a daily basis
Requirements
- Contact center experience is an advantage but not a requirement
